Project Management

• Medicity can provide project management services as an oversight and administrative lead on the product delivery, product configuration, training, and turnover to support services.  A project plan and regular status updates are provided as part of a typical installation.

Installation and Configuration

• Medicity can provide the necessary resources to install or assist with the installation of the ProAccess CMS solution.  Network access is required for server and database configuration. All site settings and module configurations will be managed with Medicity resources to assist the client in setting up the product as desired.  Typical configurations include page templates, user roles, workflow, global settings and reporting services.

Customization and Development

• If existing products are not available, or can't be configured as designed, custom module development is available to meet the special needs of an organization.

Graphical Design

• The ProAccess CMS allows for the addition of third party Skins and Containers. As part of a standard implementation, the product will include the free skins to assist in Product Configuration.  Medicity will assist in the loading and configuration of Skins, but will not be responsible for graphical design and programming.  These services are available for a fee.

Training

• Medicity will train the client site administrators on the product’s global settings.  Site Administration typically includes two key areas: User Security and Page Templates, or approved “skins”.  Medicity will use the “train the trainer” approach with regards to Content Management.  Training will include core concepts as well as specific needs by area, depending on the implementation requirements.

Support Services

• Medicity offers a full-service support desk that is staffed 24/7.  Customers are able to contact us with their questions or needs at any time knowing that we are simply a phone call, email, or Help Desk ticket away!

Hosting Services

• Medicity offers hosting options for its clients and can support a variety of hosting needs.  Hosting can also be self-hosted or serviced by a third party provider at no additional cost.
